That response was to another analyst's question about the JV's and is still in the transcript. It was NOT edited out. I think this particular statement by the CEO indicates CVE is not willing to pay a premium price to PSX to buy out their JV stake. The CEO repeatedly indicated in the call that their priority is to continue to optimize their base operations and reduce debt to the $4B target
