What is with the 3% drop?

Can somebody play explain why this dropped 3%, - nearly or more than two times the percentage drop of other similar and lesser names.

appreciate any valuable insight today's price move.

Finished near the lows of today..$21.90..multiple stories in play...EIA oil inventories draw higher than expected but both distillites and gasoline inventories saw way higher builds (in my opinion could be much about nothing-some tax considerations, holiday issues this week/end of year stuff). Naysayers of course jumped on this-sky is falling etc.  I noticed another snippet from the net
