Two weeks ago, I held exactly 100 shares of Cenovus. At the end of today, my share count is over 88,000.

I can see how that sounds rather hard to believe. I would probably not believe it either. But I did indeed buy 88,700 shares of Cenovus this week. That is because I think they are still in the doghouse, and once they emerge from that doghouse, the price discount they now live with will dissipate. When might that happen?
