 Congratulations on getting a reply and posting it. There are a few postings on IV today and one piece of info about Reliance trying to sell their 25% of the concession. They probably won't want to invest any cash before the sale so this will probably slow things down.

  From your reply it appears that we will still have no news of any real progress.

  I am hoping for some kind of agreement and PL being build before the end of 2010.

  What is one more year when we have this much time invested??
