Scotia McLeods Price TargetTheir one year target was $4.00 before todays announcement, which by the way was a very positive one!  I guess one could just chaulk it up to summertime, poor markets, low trading volumns & traders just away for the summer.  I would much rather get in now than when traders begin to discover the real potential here.  EOM
