However....The Mitsubishi deal is good news for CVV, however, it is only fo rthe one property. That will, in the future effect CVV on all of its others properties. Mitsubishi picked what it wanted, and basically passed on the other properties.
So, a potential issue exists: CVV spends more money to prove up the other ppts, or Mitsubishu knows that the properties are not of much value
Just a thought. Good luck to CVV as I believe there are better plays in the area, but this one property does have potential
