Its targeted production markets include high power electronics (both silicon carbide and gallium nitride), aerospace advanced materials primarily for gas turbine jet engines, and nanomaterials used in batteries. SDC segment designs and manufactures ultra-high purity gas and chemical delivery control systems. Its SDC products are sold on a stand-alone basis and are also integrated into certain CVD equipment. CVD Materials segment provides products related to advanced materials and coatings.

However....

However....The Mitsubishi deal is good news for CVV, however, it is only fo rthe one property. That will, in the future effect CVV on all of its others properties. Mitsubishi picked what it wanted, and basically passed on the other properties. So, a potential issue exists: CVV spends more money to prove up the other ppts, or Mitsubishu knows that the properties are not of much value Just a thought. Good luck to CVV as I believe there are better plays in the area, but this one property does have potential
