2346408 Ontario Inc.
Just so you know, 2346408 Ontario Inc. was registered on October 17th by a Mark T. Bennett, who is a lawyer working for Cassels Brock and Blackwell LLP of 40 King W. Suite 2100. He is listed as the only director on the corporation, and when asked about AUX, said that AUX was his client and the information was confidential. Therefore, we have no reason to believe in the existence of AUX, which I always thought was the Gold Index trading on the Amex or in the CBOT somewhere.
Since October 17th, how would you get deal papers signed, and arrange for a share transfer agency and do all the other complicated things you need to do to take out a public company? How could the information about a company which is involved in the news about companies which are listed on the stock exchange be confidential?

AUX Canada is a subsidiary of one of the richest guy in Brazil Eike Batista's company. No big mystery there. They have acquired several companies in the area including Ventana gold. They must like the area... good luck
