CWB  is guilty of being based in Alberta. I guess the market has dismissed Mr. Fowler's comments. There is an entry point on this bank......wish I know the right number. It is a solid outfit with very good discipline and has sruvuved many bumps in the road. It is more than just and oil bank. All Canadian banks are now getting hit.....why......general panic and we know this mindset leads to insdiscriminate dumping. Patience will be rewarded in the bank sector.
