I think it's a foregone conclusion the vote will go through. I think abacus stock would drop 20-30% instantly if not and the shareholders know that. Also I've done some research on web traffic and traffic to Cweb's site has jumped around 30% since the end of last quarter so I would look for web sales revenue to be substantially stronger in the second quarter, more than offsetting lost revenue from reduced foot traffic caused by lockdowns.(this would back up the message that was portrayed in the discussion of Q1 operating results). I just bought some abacus myself, I didn't realize that it was trading at such a premium to Cweb right now. You could make close to 20% just by holding Abacus through the merger process.
