Cheap shares

Must be millions of shares people bought cheap, because no matter the share price there is always lots of shares for sale. If they are selling their cheap shares even with the price going down, do they know it will not go up? Do they know something i/we do not know?

Ask Rick Rule and if he gives an answer share it with us. But I'm sure he won't. He's been pumping this for the last 6 months but it did no good. Maybe he's selling now too
