Morningstar Quant has given CXR 3 stars on Dec.20 which is considered a high rating. I know many people consider Morningstar a joke but still, maybe they know something we don't know

what would be the minimum amount of debt for them to convert into equity to survive - $1 bil., $2 bil.? If Y and oil companies could do it CXR could do it too, go Concordat!
