FundingOk, the funding for the offering is done, but how does concordia anticipate to fund the 3 Billion dollar deal? They raised 600M and have maybe another 100M in the bank...
They are only worth 2 Billion so its not like they can hand over that much equity in shares...
Where's the rest of the money coming from???
