this board has clearly...
..seen better days. too many want IR to hold their hand, some want to call IR to confirm that the equity offering has closed; others read a great investor's thoughts on CXR and their only take away is "he thinks their debt is too high". He puts it right there in black and white for you "I think the company is worth a lot more than $50 a share. On our numbers CXR trades on 4.8x 2016 cash earnings". if you don't like the company, no one is forcing you to hold. If anyone wants to call IR, then that's fine, as part of your everyday due diligence. however if you are just going to call and ask "why is the sharepice down?" what exactly do you think IR is going to tell you?
