The numbers on this company looks great at these 40s! They should do like BTE, cut the dividends, let people panic, cut costs and start insider buying.
I'm debating at this point buying more BTE but being an expert at catching knives this looks like a bottom to me. Was right on BTE and TCW, the health sector over panic will settle down and the shareholders of CXR will get a reality check when this beaten up stock rebounds, hard....
