RE:RE:Wake Up Investment WorldI believe that this acquisition is a watershed for the company in many ways. But, what it does signal to me is that acquisitions going forward will have to slow down. The company has a lot of debt now and the focus will have to be on operations and paying down the debt. Growth by acqusitions has to be put on hold for a while.
This translates into a slower growth profile going forward. I think the stock struggles going forward.
The 100 all time high was a typical example of over exuberance on the part of monentum investors. I think those types of investors are now moving on to greener pastures.
