Doesn't Knight have about 500 million cash to work with?  Will they raise 1.5 to 2.5 billion to purchase CXR?  I seriously doubt  they would even if it was possible. 

Their plan is more to buy small players in tuck in deals and grow that way. 

I could be wrong though. 

Just my thoughts on the possibility>
