Depends on how you look at the company. Both of you are correct except using different metrics (captain obvious here). The company is in fact ~5x P/E and ~12.5x EV / EBTDA (or ~7.8x EV/EBITDA). My understanding is that most of these are looked at on P/E basis (I believe) or EV/EBITDA. The debt is an issue but given management's history of solid earnings, I think that concern will quickly evaorate as the company starts to pay it down. Lets not mention, none of the 60 products are factored in here so once the cash flows increase in the future, the debt will be paid much quicker.
