RE:RE:Nobilis Health Files $300 Mln Lawsuit Against ShortsPretty obvious the market is not factoring in any $300 million possible settlement. This will be a cost on both sides but hopefully the shorts will come out the loser.
Nhc testing the five dollar area at the moment. The index is holding up very well going into the close
here on Friday. Last hour here with the market index sliding below the open. I would like to see the Dow turn up above the open toward the close . Wishful thinking probably.
