Another positiveCXR has taken over a prvate company which will add sales and earnings immediately. There is no delay because they will not be gutting the company to acchieve synergies like VRX growth plan relies on. The merger will be much quicker and accretitive. Any synergies will be achieved by utilizing the private companies assets to enhance the existing company. That's adding ontop of what they already had, not destroying and stripping down what they are purchasing.
