It just goes to show that we shouldn't always assume analysts' opinions and expectations hold more validity than our own.  We should always do our own research, compare different analysts' work and then form our own opinion on a stock.  There are some analysts out there that do fantastic work and whom I respect very much.  On the other hand, there are some who make me wonder how they ever got hired as an analyst in the first place.  Doug Cooper falls into the latter category!  Bonehead call!
