RE:While we wait...I think they have some close but I thought they wwould wait until they post some financials that show their ability to pay down the debt from cashflow...I think that is what the market would like to see...not more debt to purchase. But deals don't wait and I seem to recall they suggested deals will happen (won't say that unless they were close I thnk). Reading between the lies is an art though.
I guess i am saying themarket might interpret as a negative in general. The strhength and terms of the acquisition would be very important. I just don't think it is a given what the amrket reaction would be.
