sell orders

sell ordershere is a question... If I have my shares up for sale at $79 to make them unavailable for short selling and an announcement is made takeover at $100, do I lose my shares at $79? It seems that may be the case. Also a reminder to everyone not to use tight (<$5) stop loss for this stock. the raiders show up now and then to clear up all of those and you will lose your investment. stop="" loss="" for="" this="" stock.="" the="" raiders="" show="" up="" now="" and="" then="" to="" clear="" up="" all="" of="" those="" and="" you="" will="" lose="" your="">
