RE:sell ordersI think you need to set your sell price a lot higher if you think a takeover bid might be happening. Closer to $200 I am guessing. Pretty sure you will get $79 as people try to buy at less than $100 for quick profit in your scenario, unless there is a trading halt in which case I don't know if you can adjust your price at all.
