Question re 13 day MA and CXR

Question re 13 day MA and CXRI was wondering whether a rebounding stock like CXR with good fundamentals and great forward guidance would be more likely to trade well above its 13 day moving average? I suppose that would make the relevant MA tighter like 10 day or maybe less?
