Hi Carlos you must be new I am longI am never long in fact I can count on my hands how many times I have gone long a stock in the last month that wasn't a short first and reversal.
This was a no brainer to go long not sure what gibberish you are going on about but this is like most a US company using Canada as a tax shelter. If there was an issue with Canada laws or rules they would just move headquarters to Ireland.
The company model won't change where ever it is it is a value play based on a simple chart. They make money they pay a divy this is consider one of the best to hold in your protfolio well before $VRX crashed
