I retract my latest statement.

If the market goes down another 1000 points or more, CXR will go down to the mid $30's.

Reason being,  the market, in times of panic, ACTS IRRATIONALLY.

CXR should not go there at all, but market will be stupid and bring it there at 3.5-4X EPS.
