RE:RE:The Comapny Performed, Management disappointed. Super_Cycle:   There is a belief within the analyst community that these pipe products are reformulations only - so we are talking slight modifications that a chemist whips up and "repackages."   Reformulatons are not viewed by the industry as "true innovation" and why the company got low marks on this response - again, speaks to transparency.  Just as the Brexit question got twisted into a question about f(x). Very Disappointing and the market showed their disppointment in the sell off today. I encourage all to ask questions before purchasing more share at this price as I have stated in an earlier post that the share price can go much lower.  Valeant has seen their "dead cat bounce" earlier this week and I believe will resume the downward trajectory next week.

Select 1011 - I agree that, in general, management didn't do a good job on the call from a PR perspective and they definitely frustrated the analysts asking questions about new product rollout. That said - they stated that it's a competetive market and they don't want to give competitors a heads up. The analysts sometimes expect too much imo from companies. Give them some time to work everything out. The world does not operate on 3 months segments.

Investors either like the numbers and the managements ability to integrate a very large acquisition in AMCo in a short period of time...or they need to be spoon fed details on every product launch (currently 60 in the pipe) so they can sleep at night.

Personally I'm comfortable with management and what they've done to date.

Adding Monday.

Cheers.
