TreasureOne mans junk is another mans treasure. Very smart money accumulated CXR today...300'000 over avg daily volume. Mean while VXR well below the avg daily today.
The last time CXR hit $33's was Feb 11th, fear meter was off the charts & a very quick snap back, the other major low was Oct 21st, CXR hit $30 and only for a day.
In each case CXR was back into the $38 range with in only two trading days.
There are no catalysts to be priced in that would make this any different...it is possible today is not the low & tomorrow will be then a snap back to $36-38 is in the cards this week
