I have bought and sold this stock many times throughout the years, and currently own over 8,000 shares in the $37 dollar range. Im I worried? Yeah maybe a little, but CXR is the best house in a bad neighborhood, and the neighborhood sure that been getting alot of negative attention lately, which has driven down the multiple. Plain and simple

The EPS multiple SHOULD be around 9 to match others in the peer group, and is currently trading around 5. If you feel like the multiple is heading lower, than short the stock. If you believe the multiple is heading higher (and it will eventually), then buy. Even the smart money dosent know which way to go with this one, but at this stage, I personally see no reason to sell my shares, and I'm willing to wait for the multiple to return.
