Not really a rule but, did we see capitulation again today?

I bought in.sub $30 because in the $20s, it's a no brainer. My entry position isn't large but if it dip in the $20s again, I'm in big time, I think.
VRX appears to have found a new bottom (and it might not be its last!) so again, CXR is collateral damage, again it seems?
Short sellers have ruled this space for some time now. Lots of money made there.
