RE:RE:RE:RE:The borrow only 2%The borrow is the cost charged to shorts borrowing stock. Usually the higher the short interest goes, the higher the borrowing cost goes. Strangely for such a "dramatic" increase in short interest the borrow for cxr shares hasn't moved up at all.
