RE:5 minutes to coverAs mentioned recently on this board, Blackrock has not denied the news which they would immediately do if untrue. Silence actually is a loud affirmation of takeover discussions. The fact that the strategic committee has been together for 2 weeks says they are likely well along in the process. Likely needed the audited results before closure and they should be available now or in next couple days. I speculate an announcement prior to AGM next Friday.
