Theres no buyoutThere is no way institutional investors will part with CXR until it is much higher than these levels. The only way an offer comes around is if Cinven, Blackstone and a few other larger holders including MT get together and decide there is way more money to be made by taking CXR private. This would rob the retail investor of the true upside of CXR. This Blackstone rumor was just a little shot at the shorts. If CXR were really in play the SP would be way higher.
