I keep adding Risk/Reward here is great. If there is no buyout stock goes back to $30 and I double down. Even with no buyout at 8 X 2017 EPS this is a $50 stock. I am weighing an 80% chance that a buyout will deal will be reached. Most buyout estimates are $60-65USD. Even at $60-65 CAD would make for a great return. We are seeing M&A activity in the healthcare sector, Abbott to buy St Jude for $25 billion, this is encouraging. The sector has been beat down and there are some great valuations, I expect to see more deals in the sector, and CXR is very likely to be next.
