come on Lattuce  - his comments were entirley expressions of opinion, nothing else. he clearly does not like the board or mgmt and he formed his opinion not on the basis of CXR but long before when he was fighting with Biovail.

using his own  logic ,namely if you were near a problem then you are guilty by associaition, he should also have stated in the interview that no one should really belive him because he has been directly associated with several bad failurres from bad calls.

put another way, you cannot fry a chicken based on it's past, but argue the same principle does not apply to yourself.

it just is really sad that BNN would be so keen on doing this story in such a one sided fashion. they really seem to enjoy frying CDN some companies
