Should they be able to achieve their 2016 guidance, the cash flow at 10x gives $65US to give an equity fund 10%+ return on their investment out of the gate and participation in further growth beyond. G&M says undervalued. IMO waaay undervalued thanks to the short 'n distort campaign now in progress.

You are right though.
There are just very few sellers at this price and more and more buyers.

The shorts have to cover which will result in a sharp price increase.

Nobilis more than doubled from its bottom in a few short weeks.
Thats without a pending buyout offer.

Here it is an extreme wildcard with full knowledge that no buyout with a chance of major shareholder approval that will happen below $ 60.
