Worst case scenario, PE ratio goes from 3 to 6?

Worst case scenario, PE ratio goes from 3 to 6?
Sorry if this is a naive question.  I'm relatively new here.

This stock is so cheap that aren't very ugly financials already factored in?

Does Concordia really just have a PE of less than 3?  In health?

And this is not a one horse pony as proposed by the questionable and highly vocal gang of bashers here. And we now have a more international reach with the latest acquisition which provides great cash flow.

I was fortunate enough to buy today just over $30.  Still have many question and if there are any bashers that have valid areas of concerns, please recreate a new post with an appropriate subject time.

I am very tolerant on my ignores.
