Tuck ins- takeoversI love the tuck in strategy.. buy a product and increase geographical distribution... this is exactly the strategy that makes CXR such a gem..
This reinforces why a PE firm would love to pick off an asset like CXR.... we don't want a buyout here as it would be stealing the company from us. $55 USD is way too low and thats where I see any offer being made.
I assume they will announce a debt paydown of some sort in the coming days to shock the shorts....
