RE:RE:RE:marc cohodesThe reason the share price is where it is ... it's going private. In short the cheaper the share price the better for the buyers. In a few years 1-3 re-list at $75.00 or $100.00 or higher. expect 40-48 now.  
Then again I could be wrong.
