RE:Takeover Fair value just became a little bit clearer for both shareholders and BO interests. Despite what many say here, buy out price has little to do with current share price. CXR is not impacted by SP and is not distressed (despite what the short interest would have you believe). Fair value is likely closer to US$65 IMO.
