Possible

Possible I saw this a couple times in the last year in Cxr where it shoots up to 41-42 only to quickly pull back. It happens twice to give the signal that 41-42 is the upper range and  traders sell the next time it's up there.  but on two occasions the third uprise overshoots.    Careful they might be trying to get you to sell in The low forties.    We need to pass 42.5.
