Meanwhile CXR said they had formed a special committee apparently 2-3 weeks earlier looking at their options. That puts us at around Apr 7-10th..... KKR had amassed over 2 million shares in March. KKR is obviously a big catalyst in this entire special committee being formed.
I would say there is alot going on at this moment and that MT was in NYC last Friday discussing ways to maximize shareholder value with his newest large shareholder. I'm sure a plan has been formulated and that MT is in his element having these kind of discussions.
When this breaks out of this trading range I think it will be a very sudden spike upwards.
