I wonder if Japanese COs are trying to expand their growth potential since money is cheap in Japan and they are struggling to grow their GDP for decades.. They could pay down debt fast and enjoy savings in interest and cash flow.. Their economy is shrinking and doesn't go nowhere.. Canada is also tax beneficial for many international companies.
