I don't think CXR can tade like VRX simply because it is not the same size and does not have the same following that VRX has. Big money moves the markets and you just don't see that much big money playing CXR.
You point out that VRX stays in the news but maybe that is because a lot more eyes are on it. The big money uses any news (and sometimes creates it it seems) as an opportunity to move the stock price and make trades off of that. They have media and HFT available at their finger tips to pull the levers to make money.
Trading is the name of the game until the world debt isuues are dealt with or they figure out a new game to play to make money. A new world reserve currrrency is coming that will be made up of a number of currencies including the Chinese Yuan. Maybe debts will be dealt with at that time although it is byond me how these things will work out. We ratail investors have to be nimble in our hold positins or simply trade.
