Thats more or less what I was saying yesterday... there are stages to this, and if they dont bid or bid is stupid low and non competitive then they leave... this could end up with no bidders.. thats the risk here.. when no one wants to bid, the company is then thought to be worthless... so they will fall hard. Over time likely gain ground though... because there is worth to the company and they have lots of products that are well established......, but then there might be a bidder announced at 45 US or hopefully higher... but like I said yesterday 45 wont happen, they might be stuck with no one wanting to pay 75 US or something like that, and as one other person said, there could end up being a hostile takeover at a small premium to todays price of say 48cdn or something... so risk of ownership today is likely pretty low if you are buying at 35 cdn.
