It may have been legal through a loophole, but its pretty shady and reflects poorly on management. if they're willing to pull this kind of stunt on the public, what are they willing to pull on shareholders for their own personal gain. Like i said if you had a vendor under contract to sell you potatoes for $4 a bag and find out they changed the label and called them spuds and charged you $20 a bag for the last two years, you'd want action. Maybe nothing will come of it, but it doesn't sit well with me.
