Jesus Roller, if you're going to spill the beans then spill the whole story ..........that it's a cash and share deal.  $62 Canadian plus one Takeda share. This will make everyone happy including Cinven. . Doesn't cost them anything more but 53M shares. Because of your post Takeda is trading down 35¥.
