Either way no legal action will ever materialize and if ,and that's a massive if, it does then cinven will hold most of the blame as they were in charge. The only real issue for Cxr is that they can't charge rediculous prices for drug reformalation, the gig is up, but they can sensibly increase the prices still. Again Cxr cannot run amco nor can they remain in the public eye doing so. Must sell and move on.
