Articles in the British press have already said Mp's, the health minister and Nhs all want action taken and want the Cma to investigate. The public petition all but garauntees this to make it to parliament and have the loophole closed. The questions are does this kill the pipeline with the loophole gone, will there be fines or rollbacks, does this put a buyout in jeopardy. If the buyout premium goes, this becomes a valuetrap with an uncertain future given the debtload and regulatory hurdles.
