Apollo has a measly 2.84 bill market cap and

Apollo has a measly 2.84 bill market cap andhas 1.4 bill in debt. So for a bid of $40 us for CXR they would need 5.4 billion dollars, 2 bill for the shares and 3.4 to cover the debt. For a bid of 30 us they would need close to 4 billion dollars. 1.5 for the shares, 3.4 for the debt. Considering they have 1.4 billion in debt already, how the hell would they put together 4- 5.4 billion for such a transaction, considering their net worth, is in the 1.5 billion dollar range, which one gets by sutracting their debt from their market cap.
Any intelligent response welcome.
